Nails of the week: Fierce red

April 03, 2013

I've been wanting to do my nails like this ever since I got the sparkle nail polish and never ended up doing it until now and I love them so much!

American Apparel "Light Year" & Essie "Fifth Avenue"
I first painted my nails 2 coats of the red colour, then once they were dry I put a blob of the sparkle nail polish onto a piece of paper and used a toothpick to pick up each individual sparkle and placed it on my nail.

If you're looking for a bright orange toned red nail polish, this is the one that I would recommend, and I am very fair and I think that it looks nice on my skin tone so if you're a snowball like me I also recommend it to you!

Thank you for reading! Hope that your April has started off well and that the rest goes just as great!
